So we had the strangest experience at the West End tonight and have never been asked this question before…we ordered drinks and water. The waitress actually asked us if we were really going to drink the water because if we weren’t she really doesn’t want to bring us any….I’m sorry…what? After we said yes, she was very “cool” towards us the rest of our time there. And when she brought us our water…they were in the tiniest of glasses…maybe four ounce glasses? Absolutely ridiculous…like a punishment for saying yes we want water. She ended up having to refill them three and four times. Absolutely the most odd and ridiculous restaurant experience we have ever had. This was our second time at the new West End…first was great…this time bad. Not sure there will be a third.
