China Max on Niagara Falls Blvd always satisfies my cravings with its generous portions and flavorful dishes, especially the General Tso "Chicken" and the garlic sauce "Beef" made with meatless soy that surprises even a devoted carnivore. The vibrant vegetarian options go beyond the usual tofu, and the fast, warm delivery or quick pickup never fails to brighten my day after a long one.
