I ordered my food and waited inside pats, I stood up because it was very cold from customers opening the door. I wacthed about four employees preparing food , eating food out of the containers without wearing gloves or washing their hands! I was very polite to the lady manager , about what I seen, was very rude. I will never, ever eat from there again, its to many bacteria and other nasty things you can get ! From an restaurant that has employees who don't follow health codes that are setvin place ,to prevent people from eating at a in clean restaurant.

The Angola branch isn't much better. The restroom is filthy and if the Health Dept. went in there, they would close it down. There's actually black mold all around the restroom, sink, and toilet have never been cleaned in months. The owner needs to get in there and clean up the extablishment.

Service is horrible and staff messes up orders all the time. I found a hair in my pizza. This place is totally disgusting.

The worst customer service in the area, if you don't mind being ignored, screwed up orders and complete disregard of common courtesy call pats. Otherwise save your money and go to the McDonald's drive thru, they're at least nice to the customer.

We have been ordering from Pats at least once a week for 5 yrs.Their subs are always fresh and loaded with meat. Pats pizza has great sauce, cheese and lotsa topping for your $$. We take advantage of the weekly specials. I cook for a family of 8 every day. Pats menu is what I grab when I need a nite off outta the kichen! Or when I have my childrens bday parties. I always recommend Pats !!!

The service sucked I had a problem with them in the past and I tried them again and it was worst so if it were up to me go to a different place like Franco's pizza or pizza Bella cause pats sucks to many kids there and they don't know what they are doing and then they give u lip like its your fault that they suck the food was good but the people are not
