We stopped in to order carryout, a large pizza and Order of 20 wings. Timing was good, the restaurant was clean and I actually made a mental note of how very clean the bathroom was! The price was very average... $32+change. So up until this point, I was pleased!
However.... we weren't 1/2 a mile down the road when my son started freaking out. One of the two containers of wings (guessing they were separated because one was hot and one was mild) was leaking grease everywhere! Not dripping from a tiny, unseen hole, actually overflowing from the container opening! ... so, ok, maybe they just didn't shake off grease good enough....? I get it Friday night. Busy? (Although it didn't seem that way, as I only saw one other order placed as we waited, and do not recall hearing the phone ring as we once.)
So now, we are home..... and it only got worse!
As I open the grease dripping container of wings, I find what I honestly assumed to be chicken wings that had been cooked prior to our ordering and never picked up.... shriveled up wings swimming in grease!
And the pizza... just "eh"... the sauce was flavorless, and the toppings sparse.
We will not be ordering from there again!
