Rizotto's offers a friendly and casual atmosphere with a diverse menu featuring Italian small plates, pasta, seafood, steak, and more. The food is generally delicious and well-prepared, the staff is attentive and accommodating, and the venue works well for family gatherings and special events.

My husband & I visited Rizotto on 10/12/2013 for dinner.We were seated in a section where the other 2 tables (of 4adults each) had finished their dinner n was either waiting on their check or desserts.Our waitress Jonelle came to the table more than 5 mins after we had been seated.My husband and I asked for water with no ice,preferably little warm/room temp as we were unwell,however she brought us water with ice and no lemon.She then gave us the menus & said she would bring over some bread n dips.Jonelle kept coming to the section to check on the other tables,however we waited 20 mins before we received the bread &dips.Thereafter we placed the order n the food arrived.Jonelle checked once if the food was okay n then disappeared,no refilling of water was done.When we asked for the check,she brought that in a jiffy.However,in Rizotto they give a complimentary lemon drink to all diners once they are done with their meal.We didn't get that , just the check and bye bye.
I was unhappy with the service as it seemed the waitress(Jonelle) was not giving us good service and ignoring us because we didn't get drinks,appetizers or desserts.We did tip her close to 20% even though her service sucked.
The food was great, the service was awful.
