Sato delivers amazing ramen with rich, flavorful broths and fresh ingredients that keep me coming back, especially on a chilly Buffalo evening. The service is friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better, though it's best to avoid busy times if you want a quiet meal. While the space is cozy and sometimes a bit bright or chilly, the food more than makes up for it, and I'm already looking forward to trying their sushi next time.
