I was in on a Friday night it was very busy I wanted to order to go so I placed it they said 1 hour yes that's a long wait but I said that's fine can I have a menu to order a drink she didn't want to take my drink order she not the bar I turned to bar order my drink sat and waited as a waited the bartender was very rude she knew I waiting on my food she proceeded to harass about my drink at this point I was still waiting for my food she tells her manager I watched them she pointed me out that's fine when the food was ready now it's time to pay no problem I was charging my food and was going to pay cash for my drink I like tipping in cash I asked to speak the manager he came over with a attitude because he took it upon himself to add my ticket how he wanted no sir that's not how I'm paying my money he was very rude nasty no to mention durning my wait he was nasty to other the walked out on him all because I was following your rules from the beginning I couldn't have my drink and food on one ticket cause it was to go they where very nasty atleast the Manger and 2 of the employees they all need to be fired this is the 2 time I will not be going back to them they where so rude when my food did come I walked out went somewhere else my food was $70 and drink $10 so for $80 they lost me I will be going to different one I can't believe that rude manager I asked for his boss he said it doesn't go any higher than him what he says goes he must bully women they all acted scared of him he need to be a bus boy to humble himself I go there atleast 3-5times a month but never again service sucked this is on walden across from the galleria mall..rating negative 0

Staff was very pleasant and courteous, however, The quality of the food was just terrible--Also waited a long time to get our order-The ribeye steak I had was very "chewy' and didn't even look like a ribeye--I even had to question the waiter if it was the right order--Food had to be re-warmed--Probably will not go back.

Service slow. Rib eye fatty, grilled shrimp "swimming" in oil or butter, very salty,mashed potatoes had chunk of butter and salty. The test ok.
