Uncle John's Chinese restaurant has the most amazing Chinese cuisine I've ever tasted. My personal favorite is the mayo shrimp, and the dim sum is simply delicious. The hot sauce they provide, especially on plain white rice, adds the perfect kick of flavor. The chef's unique sauces and the variety on the menu make this one of the top Chinese spots in town for me.
