Thank you to the staff for a pleasant dinner experience despite a challenging customer encounter. The team handled the situation gracefully, showcasing professionalism and resilience. Special thanks to Karen for inadvertently providing a valuable lesson in decorum and respect. The service was efficient, accommodating special requests seamlessly, and the food was satisfying and reasonably priced. Overall, a solid choice for a laid-back dining experience with good food and attentive staff.
