while eating at the Empire Express in the Burlington downtown mall, I experianced great service. Our waitress smiled and was very polite, even bringing our meal to our table. The service was outstanding and the food was prepared well enough. The lady who served us deserves a raise, and even waved when we were walking through the mall the next day.In conclusion the service was outstanding along with the hostess who served me and my daughter.

This restaurant should not have passed their health inspection. The food was not particularly well prepared and after eating there I found that I became very sick to my stomach. Also, I spotted a cockroach on the wall below the menu sign. This place should be reported. Do not eat there.
