In Calgary, there's a Vietnamese restaurant that has captured my heart for its exceptional pho; the broth is divine, perfectly balanced without any oiliness. The renovations have lent a fresh, modern feel to the place, and the service is both quick and friendly, making it an ideal retreat on a rainy day. The food is consistently excellent, with fresh ingredients and a flavorful experience that keeps me coming back for more, especially the chicken satay pho that exceeded my expectations.
