• The most popular and main seller from our menu. The crispy pata is a back leg pork hock that we "kulo" which is slowly boiled with our secret herbs and spices for 4 hours to build up the flavor. Then we deep fry the hock so you have crispy skin on the outside and a flavorful soft inside meat. Good to serve for up a to 7 people.

My partner and I had a wonderful dining experience at Paolo, where we explored Filipino cuisine with the help of knowledgeable staff guiding our meal choices. The Crispy Pato, Bulalo Soup, Ukoy, and steamed rice we enjoyed were bursting with incredible flavors. The family-style servings were generous, offering enough for a second meal, and we left satisfied and eager to return for more of the delicious dishes.
