The food at Boddums Up is fantastic, and the waitress provided excellent service despite the busy atmosphere. I've been going there for a few months, and it has become my favorite spot for delicious meals and great beer prices, especially during happy hour. I've also met many wonderful people there, making it a welcoming environment that embodies what a local pub should be.

Delicious food, friendly service, but a tad slow due to the bustling atmosphere. Boddums Up, a cozy pub tucked away on 61st Street and 17th Avenue SE in Calgary, has become my regular haunt. With unbeatable $3.75 happy hour drink specials, ample wing sizes (no pigeon wings here!), and homemade meatballs on Mondays, it's a gem in the local scene. It's not just about the food and drinks, though - Boddums Up is a hub of community where you're sure to make new friends and have a great time.

Firstly, would like to say that myself and my wife had visited on a fairly regular basis every Friday night for Steak sandwich for over the past year, had attended different function that were posted..Last week things have changed, ordered the same steak sandwich x2 Medium rare, two orders of onion rings and usual two pints of Keiths Beer. The Price went up a dollar on the steak sandwich no big deal..However was charged now an additional fee for the onion rings instead of the fries, which we have always ordered with no additional charge..etc over all a $7.00 dollar increase..with the two pints...Sorry guys it is unlikely will be returning..A big turn over in waitresses seems also apparent..Time to find another neighbourhood pub. :(

I've been going to Boddums Up for the past 3 years off an on. I guess you could say I'm a regular. I live right behind it so it's a convince. I used to go for the good looking bartenders and once and a while to get something to eat. I kinda stopped eating the a while ago but I saw there was a new special on the board. Beef Stroginof. My favourite. I was a little iffy to try but I did. It was amazing. It was so good I went to the cook and told him it was good! He was really nice and explained the recipe to me and how I could make it myself. Too much work so I'll let buddy do all my cooking for me from now on! Glad to see good food close to me.
