The atmosphere at Hy's in Calgary feels like stepping into a classy, traditional steakhouse where every bite of the Canadian Black Angus bone-in rib steak melts in your mouth, and the cheesy, gooey French onion soup steals the show. Between attentive bartenders crafting perfect martinis, legendary cheese toast, and tableside flaming desserts that wow the whole table, it's become my go-to for an unforgettable steak night or a casual lunch that surprises with dishes like lamb shank on polenta and lobster rolls.

During my visit to Hy's in Calgary, I was impressed by the elegant decor and warm ambiance of the restaurant. The Canadian Black Angus bone-in rib steak I ordered was beautifully marbled and cooked to perfection, earning a solid 8.3 out of 10 in my books. The attentive service and delicious food made for a memorable dining experience that I would gladly repeat.
