My friend brought me shallot and chili fried chicken, and I found the chili chicken's sticky, sweet sauce and crunchy batter particularly enjoyable. Both versions were well-balanced in flavor, not greasy or overly salty, and the chicken was tender and clean. Although the wait time can be around 20-25 minutes, ordering ahead makes it manageable, and the food quality makes the wait worthwhile.

The chili fried chicken my friend surprised me with had a sticky, sweet sauce that complemented the thick, crunchy batter. The shallot chicken's glaze was subtly sweet, and both flavors were not greasy or overly salty, maintaining their delicious taste even the next day.
