The ramen I tried had a flavorful soup, although it could have been warmer, possibly due to the cold bowl. The noodle itself was excellent and had an authentic Tokyo style that I really enjoyed. The homemade quality of the noodle was evident in both its texture and taste, making it a standout feature of the dish.
