A coworker told me about It's Time, a sushi spot here in Ukiah with fresh, generously sized sashimi and a solid variety of rolls and teriyaki bowls, all reasonably priced and perfect for a quick, healthy lunch. Their DIY miso soup with loads of seaweed is my go-to, and the friendly owner Yoshi and vegan options make it a reliable choice when Oco Time next door is packed or closed.

This little place was recommended by my coworker and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. IT's TIME offers a variety of sushi plates and teriyaki bowls that are pre-made for convenience. I enjoyed the fresh sashimi and California roll duo, and the overall experience was fantastic.
