A colleague suggested Pho Viet, so I gave it a try and really enjoyed the pho, especially the rare steak and brisket combo. The broth was flavorful, the meat was good quality, and the service was polite and prompt even though it was a busy Friday night with only one server and one cook. I also grabbed some fresh spring rolls and iced Vietnamese coffee to go, and everything was tasty, refreshing, and reasonably priced-definitely planning to come back and try more next time.
