We went to this restaurant for a dinner, we ordered Menudo, and it took some time to arrive, but when we received it, the smell was foul, with an aroma of vinager and it had no flavor, even after adding salt, lemon and chili, it was still flavorless. We asked for it to be changed and the manager, Karina's response was that this was how they regularly prepared it. The Managaer was contacted by phone, she was not present in person at the restaurant.
We consider that this is not an appropriate response to a client's reasonable complaint.
In the end we ordered additional food so that we could actually have dinner but we were still required to pay for the Menudo that we had sent back to the kitchen.
