The afternoon air was thick with rain as I waited nearly an hour for my simple order, watching the rush of others served before me while the staff scrambled behind the scenes with barely an apology. Despite the frustrating delay, the food itself arrived perfectly cooked and flavorful, paired with warm, attentive service that made the experience feel oddly comforting amidst the chaos.
