I'm 71. Whether you have a bucket list or not, whether you're a 'foodie' or not--one experience you will want to taste is Taco Tia red sauce (and green if they still have it) on a tostada. I ate those by the dozens when I was a little kid from the location across from the firehouse in Redlands, near the school. Crispy tortilla with a layer of refried beans, finely shredded lettuce and cheese, and that SAUCE! Now at a different location with an expanded menu, Taco Tia is back on Orange street, and I cannot wait to taste those again.

There used to be taco tia in san Bernadino in a few locations two on baseline and one on del rosa which i believe was the oldest one sadly the redlands one is the only one still open hope they stay around for ever
