I tried the chocolate and mint flavors of Vixen Kitchen's vegan gelato and was impressed. The use of less processed ingredients like maple syrup as a sweetener sets this brand apart from others. I appreciate that I can indulge in this raw ice cream without feeling guilty about what I'm eating.
