The sweltering heat at River Bend Park made my girlfriend faint, but the compassionate staff swiftly offered cold sodas and genuine concern that brought comfort in that tense moment. Amidst this kindness, the tender tri-tip and fresh, raisin-studded coleslaw awakened my palate, each bite rich with flavor and care, leaving me eager for the next encounter with their exceptional fare.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious meal from the food truck at River Bend Park today. The friendly staff showed genuine concern when my girlfriend experienced a fainting episode, offering her drinks and assistance while she recovered. The bunless tri-tip plate with cole slaw was a delightful choice, with tender meat and a flavorful slaw that pleasantly surprised me. The service was impeccable, and I am grateful for the caring and efficient team at the truck.
