Luis's Mexican restaurant in Eureka has become my go-to for fresh, flavorful meals and a welcoming atmosphere. They bring chips and spicy salsa right when you sit down, and the outdoor seating is perfect until the wind picks up. Whether dining in or using the drive-thru, the generous portions, friendly staff, and huge tequila selection make every visit enjoyable.
