My co-worker picked up our meal today, and from what she described, the customer service was AWFUL. First of all, DO NOT lecture your customers about when they are picking up their order!! Second, if you're not going to prepare the food prior to the customer getting there, than stop taking phone orders. Due to the stress of COVID, this time they get a pass. Next time they will not.
