We arrived without a reservation, they seated us after only a small wait. The setting feels like a cafe they tried to make look modern. Timbers had a nicer feel, more private and comfortable. People were kind and presentable. Waitress may have had too many smells to be a server. There were 11 people in the restaurant being served. It took a very long time to get our salad and appetizers. The the hard boiled eggs did not go with the salad (they were over cooked, a well cooked hard boiled egg should never have the greenish grey color)
The crab cakes were plated nicely but very fishy. The artichoke crusted halibut was beautifully plated, crust was nice, fish cooked well but was placed over citrus risotto :( and dill lemon crema tasted like sour cream. All in all our 2nd experience here tells us we will not return. Timbers was one of our favorite, bummed to have one less option. We wish you well but want customers to hear a truthful assessment
