I've been there twice to get food for football games. I have not had a bad experience. Everything was great. Yes I will come again this Sunday for the Super Bowl.

Poorly managed. Staff was too busy talking about daily tips while I stood there for several minutes waiting to place. Blond teeny bopper walked by me several times before she bothered to take my order then yelled a smart -ss comment as I was leaving.
I won’t be back and I’ll certainly spread the word not to go there. This was the second time I’ve had very poor service, confirming poor management if managed at all. Thumbs down!!!

During the 'we're a new business, please cut us some slack while we find our groove' phase of this business, I did just that, even though they screwed my order up virtually every single time in any number of ways, REPEATEDLY.

It's been nearly 6 months. This is not a place I would recommend someone to have a proper meal. I cannot speak to their ice cream selections or the desserts at all. But if you're coming here for a 'dining experience' it's a sad situation. I have only ever used the drive-thru option, so I also cannot speak for dining in.

I was charged extra to purchase salad dressing for a 'dinner' that included a salad. I was given take out with no napkins, no cutlery. I was given oil-soaked fried food that reeked of a need to have the fryers drained and cleaned. I was given attitude by staff members who clearly hate their jobs. Not once in the six months they have operated a drive thru lane has the menu board light been operational. If you're lucky, the overhead parking lot lights will help you see what you are trying to order, otherwise the glare of them just makes it worse.

Absurdly thin burgers, mostly lettuce, not "meat". Overcooked fish that is so dark, it's obvious that the cooking oil is well past time for a change. Salads with no dressing. The 'toast' that comes with dinners MIA 80% of the time. Running out of product that cannot be ordered when you arrive. Filthy window at the drive-thru, with a thousand 'notes' attached to it to let every paying customer know exactly what Frosty is unwilling or unable to do for the customer, or what YOU need to do to make YOUR experience with THEM better.

Every surface where a logo can be attached still reads "Burger King". Frosty should have been a step up from the garbage pit that was once a notable franchise in this town, a town that USED TO (many years ago) have a place called "Frosty" that was wonderful, delicious and iconic. The owners of THIS version have missed the mark in many ways.

I can't recommend this place to anyone unless they work hard on the problems and get them resolved quickly. If they take the reviews seriously, they might even be able to salvage the summer 2023 season with some dignity and pride and avoid going under.
