As a local from Bishop who rarely visits, I was impressed by the flavorful tri-tip sandwiches and efficient ordering system despite the long line wrapping around the building. The generous portions, friendly staff, and pleasant outdoor seating made the experience enjoyable, and I look forward to returning soon.

Loved all the meats. Didn't care for the mac & cheese.

Hank's Ribs and Tri tip are amazing, Potato Salad and Bean are very good also.
