If you're craving a sandwich that's loaded with fresh ingredients and soft, flavorful bread, Erik's hits the mark every time-plus, their carrot cake is dangerously addictive. The friendly staff and laid-back, country music-filled atmosphere make it the kind of place you want to linger in, not just grab and go. Between the generous portions, neat vintage decor, and a menu that keeps you coming back (Chicken Durango, I'm eyeing you), this deli has officially stolen my lunch heart.

I visited Erik's Cafe in Roseville today and had a fantastic experience. The Baja Fiesta salad was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu options.
