Phelan taco bell should be closed down I’m convinced someone is living in the Taco Bell the service is horrible and the food is worse then that the wait time is terrible the employees don’t care they don’t serve breakfast the drive threw menu board is dark and broken closed this sh-t hole down and open up a Jack n the box
