I Love this restaurant! It isn’t difficult to get a table if you plan ahead. They are very busy on Fri. and Sat. nights, but that is it’s own review! I find the service to be delightful. We had a lovely gentleman mixing Italian in with his English just perfectly. Very friendly! The prices are right on the menu, so you can spend as little or as much as you like. My friend and I split the Eggplant Parmigiana Appetizer, my what the Chef can do with tomatoes!! I’ll have that for my entree next time! We ordered the Truffle Gnocchi, delicious, and a stewed beef dish, good but I liked the other two best! We ate Family Style and we didn’t even get the words out of our mouths before our server was setting our table up to accommodate. I ordered the House Cabernet, by the glass, at $16. It is the best Cabernet I’ve ever tasted!! I’ve been thoroughly disgusted with every glass I’ve had since. I’m ruined now. So we each spent $50, $20 tip included. I think that is very reasonable for a high end meal with amazing wine and being called “Bella” was just a nice bonus! Go! Treat yourself! Ciao!

We went Saturday night after reading recommendations. We had a party of 4 including my two guests from Florida. We arrived at 6:20 pm without a reservation, and despite the fact they were very busy, we were seated quickly.
SERVICE: On a scale of 10, this would be a 2. We had one person show us to a table and during the evening we had at least 4 different servers who didn't seem to communicate with each other. We know it's a new restaurant and gave them a pass due to new staff in training. However, waiting for 20 minutes to get water, another 20 minutes for bread and filling our wine order seemed excessive, especially when two different staff came and asked if we wanted to order wine. It took us 2.5 hours for dinner.
FOOD: We gave the food a 7. Risotto was bland, LaSagna good, Cioppino good, Ravioli with Braised Beef very good. Of the 3 appetizers we ordered, only the scampi was good. The desserts we shared were just average.
WINE: There was a limited choice of wine by the glass. I chose a Chardonnay which is one of the best I've ever had called Godfather. He said it was a local winery. They are awaiting their liquor license and will have a full bar in future.
After dark, customers were using flashlights to read the menu because the lighting was too dim with some chandeliers and small candles at the tables! Pricing was a bit high. Our meal for 4 was $240 including 3 glasses of wine. We would go back in the future when hopefully they'll have better trained staff. If we hadn't gone on a Saturday night, it might have been better service so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt since others said the service was outstanding
