Saturday mornings are a regular visit to a spot in Gonzales that serves the best Mexican food, with options to dine in or order to go, and my go-to order is a carne asada quesadilla with chili salsa on the side to avoid sogginess, enjoying the homemade thick corn tortillas and a variety of authentic Mexican dishes, including the famous Super Quesadilla de Maiz.
