After living in Hercules for over 35 years, I was pleasantly surprised to discover El Sol, a charming restaurant in Rodeo that serves fantastic tacos and enchiladas. The atmosphere feels like home, evoking fond memories, and the food consistently delivers authentic flavors that keep me coming back for more.
