Whenever I find myself in Fairfield, I always crave the hearty, freshly sliced roast beef and pastrami sandwiches piled high on perfectly baked bread, with that rich au jus dipping sauce that keeps me coming back. The flavors are truly comforting, the portions generous, and the friendly staff's warm hospitality makes the experience all the more satisfying. I love Joe's Buffet. It's fast and simple food. The French dip is the best ever. I love dipping the potato salad in the au jus. Try Joe's, you can never go wrong here.
