I was surprised to find an authentic Japanese family owned restaurant in the middle of the desert in Bishop. I had a craving for fish and ordered a Salmon roll and tried the chefs Robbie roll. Me and my family really enjoyed it, even though we are from the CA bay area and there are plenty of sushi restaurants, it tasted just like home.
