Horrible phone service. They put you on hold and put you on a loop of info. I listened to 7 of these loops and finally hung up. The customer service needs improvement so a customer can actually place an order. After calling back and waiting another 10 minutes for a live person they said delivery time was 2 hours. That's ridiculous. If you want my business and people like me you may want to hire enough people to get the job done in a timely manner
