Me and another student have been getting chili relleno plates here for years many times and they have always given us the option of a white flour tortilla, since we do not like corn. I found out they no longer allow you to get the white flour tortillas, even though they still have them in stock. It turns out now they only will let you have corn tortilla, either regular corn or white corn. This is very disappointing. My friend and I will not be getting their chili relleno plates any longer due to this, so that is just even one more menu item that does not work for us. I don't know why or when they made this change, as it has been almost a year since I last had a chili relleno plate, and we have in the past always been given flour tortillas, so it must be less than a year that they stopped allowing this. If it's a matter of money, we would be glad to pay an extra .50 or whatever the extra cost is. But we do not like corn torillas, so we will not order this anymore.

If you are just going in there to get something from regular store, such as chips or a bottle of soda (versus getting a hot meal from the food line), if the line is out the door, they will not let you in to the store until you stand in the same long line as people who are getting hot food. They only do this when it is very busy. However, this policy hurts the physically disabled, as I know one that this happened to, and due to their disability, it is too long of a time to stand in a line due to the pain they experience, and so when you are not getting hot food like the others in line; you are just trying to grab one thing from the fridge and then get in the other line to pay, they just won't let you do it. This amount of students at this school warrants a necessity for another place on campus to eat, as not everyone has a car that they can leave the campus to go eat lunch at. If there was another option of a place to eat on campus, they would not have such long lines just to get in. There have been times the line was so long, we were not even able to finish eating before having to go to class again. The only reason I can think of they do this is maybe they think if there are too many people in there at once, they might steal. It's too bad that people who steal have to ruin things for the honest students. Also, it would be nice if a certain employee there would smile and greet students instead of frowning and looking like a grouch so much. Maybe he thinks we all steal. We don't. The ones who don't shouldn't be punished by having to look at a grouch face when they come in. Maybe save that for the ones who did steal.
