The La Playa Hotel exudes timeless elegance with beautifully appointed rooms, stunning ocean views, and lush, manicured gardens that create a peaceful retreat just steps from the beach and downtown Carmel. The exceptional staff goes above and beyond, offering thoughtful touches like complimentary champagne breakfasts, afternoon sangrias, and a shuttle service, all while sharing fascinating local history that enriches the experience. Despite some ongoing construction, the warm hospitality and sophisticated ambiance make it an unforgettable destination that I eagerly anticipate visiting again.
