The hidden gem in Pittsburg offers the most delicious Chile rellenos that I find myself craving. Tucked away in a small strip mall, the restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but the flavors are unbeatable. The owner, though initially perceived as gruff, adds generous portions of avocado and cheese to every order without extra charge.
