I visited here last Friday and can not begin to say what a disappointment it was. I went with a party of 10 and we had made a reservation so they knew we were coming. The online menu and the restaurant menu are not the same. we were told there would be acoustic guitar and there was a 6 piece Celtic band. Noise was so loud I could not have a conversation with my date. I did not get anything I ordered accept the single scoop of ice cream after three and a half hours. I ordered a wedge salad and did not get it. I got a salad but not what I ordered. I ordered a Rib eye, medium RARE, no pink in this steak and they put blue cheese on the steak. It was a mess. The steak was supposed to come with grilled garlic which was not there. My date ordered a steak as well and said it tasted like it had a chemical on it, probably the blue cheese, I hope... I got my salad twenty minutes before my date. We were not served as a group, some of the table was done with their plate before the others were served. The only way this place gets into the top ten is because of the class it is in, there are only ten in Salinas. I had dinner at Big Bear the next night and is vastly surpassed this meal. The woman I was with Friday had arranged this dinner and told me she was totally embarrassed by the service and the food. If i was told I could have a free all you can eat meal here I would pass... one word, pathetic. If I worked there I would be ashamed.
