I've ordered the shrimp ceviche from Mariscos El Rafa multiple times for family gatherings, and it's always been perfectly made and delicious. The atmosphere inside is inviting with music playing, friendly staff, and plenty of seating, though just a heads-up: it's cash only, so come prepared.
