On a rainy, dark Thursday evening, the quiet and unassuming exterior stirred my curiosity, while the friendly hostess and familiar banchan quickly eased any lingering doubts. The food, from the steaming beef short rib soup to the perfectly balanced spicy pork bibimbap, carried authentic flavors that warmed both body and soul, even if the heat was milder than expected. Despite the dated interior and modest surroundings, the generous portions, thoughtful service, and undeniable taste make this a comforting refuge for Korean cuisine cravings in the area.
