Never again. What a costly mistake going here was. Inedible. Greasy, unappealing, every dish had the same rank sour sauce of unknown origins. Anything would have been better than this.. Usually Chinese food has vibrant colors and nice flavors and smells but this was nasty brown sludge at best. I miss the delicious Chinese food we used to be able to get about 20 years ago. It seems that fast food Chinese has taken over and I'm pissed off about it. So yourself a favor and just keep driving past this place. McDonald's is far better than this. Panda Express is gourmet compared to this. They should be ashamed of themselves for expecting people to eat this sh-t. Sorry I had to get this off my chest, cost me a hundred dollars and then I ended up having to cook anyways because my kids were hungry.

Beware African Americans. Something bad must have happened to these people. I have been going there for years but when I went in there the other day they would not take my to go order. After I waited for ten minutes a white man came in behind me and they waited on him so I left. I went for a sit down dinner this week. Another family came in after us, they sat in the booth behind us and started jumping up and down on the seats which transferred over to my seat. I asked them to stop because they were hurting my back. Jade Inn apologized to them and took them extra stuff that they made for them. No one asked or cared if I was okay. I believe that African Americans need to beware when eating at the Jade Inn on Boulder in Highland. I will never visit this place again. Also, the quality of the food has gone way down and the furniture and fixings are dirty.
