Firstly, I want to say that despite how often they mess up, between my two room mates and myself, we have still spent a couple thousand at this pizza place over the last 5 to 7 years. I dont have an order number because I was never given a receipt. The location of pacific street in rocklin, ca. This place has messed up multiple orders in the past for my roommates, my neighbors and myself but i personally have never complained about it because its not worth the time and energy. My neighbors completely refuse to even order from this place anymore. However after having the office listening on speakerphone to the great lack of customer service and what an -ssh-l- the owner is i felt the need to complain. I have a confirmation sheet printed for the order i made and can show it at anyones request just to prove my point. I ordered a pizza put in my work address and credit card info then went to the next screen where i had to confirm my address. The address for my work was there so i submitted my order and halfway through it asked me to sign in using my mobile number so i did. Still said my work address so i did my final submission and printed the proof. Hour and 15 later i get a call saying no one is at my house so i call the guy back and im informed its not his prob he just delivers so i call the store. From the beginning the owner, claiming to be named "ready" ( not sure on the spelling he hung up before i could even get a full name) would not let me finish my sentences. Not only was he constantly cutting me off and clearly had no customer service skills what do ever, but when i got tired of him interrupting me and not letting me finish i finally talked over him like he had been doing to me. At that point he got nasty and called me incompetent at a computer which I've been using my whole life (pretty sure a computer programmer can use a computer ha) and then just hung up. Talk about unprofessional, rude, and insulting. Nobody should tolerate this type of bad customer service, business moral or bad attitude. Its been over a week and he has still not refunded me as promised.
