The food at Moon's was absolutely delicious! I had the Lemon Pepper Chicken, Caesar Salad, and House Pizza, all of which were fabulous. The service was friendly and attentive, and the eclectic decor added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place for its great variety of tasty food.

I loved the lasagna! AND THE crunchy GARLIC BREAD! I worked the line ('chef') at a 3-star Italian restaurant, and we had wonderful veggie lasagna that was so fatty, it was a heart attack in cube form.

I really enjoyed your take on lasagna, as it's so diverse, it's spartan, and every layer/herb is enhanced by the very simplicity of the overall design. The chunks of Romas is critical. It's the complex depth of textures and flavors that makes your take stand out. So goddamned good!

I really wanted to compliment you on the food- as I'm intelligent and experienced enough to understand the disasters and triumphs of running a kitchen.

Wow, it was top-notch. Kudos!
