My wife and I had eaten there once before and noticed the large hot pretzel they had so we decided to bring our 5 Grandkids in the future. Food the first time was OK, service was great!. Went tonight and took our Grandkids, I was excited about having a Bison Burger this time, my wife wanted a chicken wrap[, Kid ordered an assortment of food. The Pretzel came out quick and was a big hit, service was great until it took over an hour before any of our food came out and nothing was hot, fries were almost room temp. My 13 dollar Bison burger was luke warm, and had no flavor, the wife chicken wrap didn't really taste like chicken she reported. Aside from the service and the Pretzel the experience was horrible. Almost a 100 dollar bill for junk!
