There were only two year-round restaurants in my childhood memory, and this was one of them. Their menu features items that I consider the highest quality in their category, such as real chicken fingers served with pineapple-infused dipping sauce and house salads with chickpeas and ranch dressing. The atmosphere at the Atlantic Cafe is lively and enjoyable, with great music and reasonably priced dishes perfect for college students visiting Nantucket. While our waitress was less than accommodating, the overall experience of dining at the Atlantic Cafe was still positive and worth a visit.
