I was at this restaurant this past Sat.night, (Aug 21) and I had a very bad experience with a part of the meal. Upon trying to get to see the manager to explain the situation, I was told that they were busy, and would see me when they could. Then, a rude, pompous bartender person came over to the table, and I was told by him that the best that they could do was to re-reimburse myself for the price of the soft drink. All that this succeeded in doing was to make me realize that the management of this establishment needed a course in basic customer contact. This to me is completely unacceptable, as well as this person's rudeness, and lack of professionalism regarding this matter. I will NEVER go to this establishment again, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone that I know as a place to eat. Food and wait staff was top notch, but management needs to clean up their act.

FOOD IS FIVE STAR AND SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND CALL OF DUTY!!! GREAT,LOVEABLE PEOPLE FREQUENT THE QUARTERDECK. IF FEELING LOW,HUNGRY,DESIRE A GREAT MEAL WITH LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP YOU WILL FIND IT AT THE QUARTERDECK. THE BEST FOOD AND PEOPLE PASS THROUGH THIS DOOR ON MAIN STREET IN FALMOUTH. GREAT STOP BEFORE TRIP BACK FROM OR TO THE VINEYARD!!!! SEMPER-FI AND GOD BLESS PEOPLE AT THE QUARTERDECK!!!
