Our waitress accidentally dentally spilled three full drinks on me when her serving tray tipped as she was pouring hot coffee. She should have put the tray down or poured the coffee after serving the drinks to the table next to us. She apologized for soaking me with drinks, it was in my pockets and soaked my wallet, in my shoes, and all over me. The manager, Jennifer Mentzer said she would pay for my dry cleaning and forgive the cost of the coffee and carrot cake we had. NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF CANCELLING OUR DAY. I had to return home and shower causing us to miss our anniversary dinner at a local restaurant. She was very unprofessional in the way she handled this situation and quite insulting in her demeanor and acted as if we wren trying to “milk” the incident. We would never recommend a restaurant / tavern that treats customers like this.
