The restaurant has been rebranded as the Copper Anchor, and it's our first time dining here, so we can't compare it to its previous iteration. We stumbled upon it while staying at the nearby hotel during a rainy evening, and we were pleasantly surprised by our meal. While transitioning to a keto diet, we didn't find many options that excited us on the menu, but the fish and chips (substituted with a Caesar salad) turned out to be quite tasty. The battered cod had a light and airy texture reminiscent of tempura, and the flavors paired well with the lemon and anchovy in the Caesar dressing.
